What is Changeworks?

Changeworks provides support and advice on every aspect of digital transformation: project setup, milestones, strategy, timeline, communication, vision, and more. This service is unique in that it focuses exactly on your company's specific situation and challenges – more like a personal trainer for top management than classical consulting.

How are you going to do this?

With my journalistic background and my vast experience in innovation, transformation, and leadership, I am in a unique position to quickly and directly get to the heart of things. If your transformation has been an ongoing process for a while now, I can be brought in to provide a quick external evaluation of the progress achieved and give advice on possible next steps. If you stand at the very beginning of the process, I can help you create a compelling narrative for employees and customers to get them on board with the changes. Transformation is not about a one-time project, rather ongoing change has to become your company's culture, and changeworks can provide the impulse, inspiration, or idea you need to take it to the next level.

Is this for me?

No matter where your company or institution stands in the digital transformation, I can be brought in for a couple of days or repeatedly over a longer period to advise and inspire top management or the Board of Directors. If it is a large-scale long running project, I can provide a network of additional experts or easily adapt to any existing arrangements.
